He was an infantry palatoon commander in Vietnam and a Cobra Helicopter Gunship pilot. After getting out of the Marine Corps, he attended the University of Wisconsin, then became a prosecutor with the San Diego City Attorneys Office, and then became a private Criminal Defense Attorney and handled thousands of cases from DUI to murder over the last 35 years. In 2013, he was chosen one of San Diego’s “Top Lawyers” by San Diego Magazine, has the “highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards”. William Christoph has also sat as a Judge Pro Tem in the local Courts on many occaisions.
Nicolas Christoph graduated from USD undergrad and graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego. He interned with the public defenders office and has been handling exclusively criminal and DUI defense since 2007. He has handled hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases, providing the highest level of professional personal representation. Nicholas Christoph is very experienced in defending all types of criminal cases and is a Teamster panel attorney.
