Seasons greetings! Its that season of the year again – holiday parties, year-end celebrations, and getting together with work associates, family and close friends. A DUI can happen to anyone, and it doesn’t take much to exceed the legal limits. A DUI related accident or arrest can have significant consequences for the rest of your life. The best plan is simply not to drink and drive. When possible, plan to share responsibilities over the season and have or be a “designated driver”.
