There are DUI restricted licenses available for Vista DUI convictions or DMV findings of driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or more for persons 21 and older. Theconviction or DMV finding triggers a 4 month license suspension on a first offense which may be converted to a one month suspension and a 5 month restriction after serving the a 30 day suspension. This restriction allows the person to drive to and from, and in the course of their employment, and to and from any Court ordered programs.
