It seems that most DUI arrests are made between 9:00 p.m.and 3 a.m., however during large sporting events like the Super Bowl and Holiday weekends, DUI arrests from event parties and sports bars pick up considerably in the late afternoon.

While everyone is different, and tolerances for alcohol vary from individual to individual, some people equate blood alcohol (BA) levels with common feelings of intoxication. For instance, it has been said that in most people a .10 BA is a buzz, a .20 is a stumbling drunk, a .30 is comatose and a .40 is dead. This overbroad generalization may not be entirely accurate but it trys to put the BA numbers in context.
